1. General Policy
By booking a stay at Town Square Residency, guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for all our valued guests. Management reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservation and Check-in
All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking. Guests must provide valid identification at check-in, such as a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License). Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise specified. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
Guests are required to confirm their reservation by making an advance payment or providing valid credit/debit card details. The balance amount, if any, must be settled at check-in or check-out as per booking terms. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online transfers. Room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the
check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to the
check-in date will be eligible for a 70% refund (30% of the total
booking amount will be retained as a cancellation charge).
Late Cancellation / No Show: Cancellations made less than 2 days
before check-in, or in case of a no-show, will be charged for one
night’s stay, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid any behavior that may disturb other occupants or damage property. The use of illegal substances, loud music, or disorderly conduct is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to evict guests for any misconduct without refund.
6. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged directly to the guest’s account. Misuse or removal of hotel assets will be treated as a serious offense.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Town Square Residency will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes provided. The hotel’s liability for any loss or injury is limited to the value of the stay.
8. Smoking and Alcohol Policy
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Consumption of alcohol is permitted in private rooms only. Guests under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol on the premises.
9. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed inside guest rooms or common areas unless explicitly permitted by management. Service animals accompanying differently-abled guests are exempt from this restriction.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our guests and are committed to protecting their personal information. Data collected during the booking process will only be used for reservation and communication purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
